We are actively seeking skilled and dedicated Installers to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and services, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of our clientâs homes. As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining organized job sites. Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of window installation, carpentry or framing experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Accountability: A track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.
Valid Driverâs License and Clean Driving Record Required
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions.
Proficiency in using tablet for business applications.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
Standing, walking, climbing and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Installation Duties: Safely and efficiently remove existing windows and doors; complete new installations with precision and attention to detail.
Worksite Preparation and Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.
Finishing Work: Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product.
Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and courteous experience to homeowners throughout the installation process.
Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with production leadership and Customer Care to address challenges and ensure efficient project completion.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: On-target earnings (OTE) range from $70,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance. Compensation includes piecework pay, an hourly base pay with potential bonus opportunities where applicable.
$1,500 Signing Bonus: Receive a $1,500 signing bonus - $750 paid at successful completion of 90 day introductory period and the remaining $750 after 6 months of successful employment.
