About The Position

We are seeking leaders who possess the ability to listen and advance in their roles. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate field issues and areas for improvement while being punctual and reliable. This position involves helping and supporting team members, adhering to company safety guidelines, and a willingness to learn the AIM method through on-the-job training from day one. Candidates must be able to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns, and should be comfortable climbing high ladders. Following OSHA fall protection procedures and the ability to lift 50 pounds several times a day are essential. The role requires working in a team environment and embracing the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company. Professional communication skills are necessary to manage customer expectations.

Requirements

• General Home Construction experience a plus
• Window experience a plus
• Driver's License is a plus
• Clean driving records to drive company vehicles
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills
• Ability to read, interpret, understand and explain documents such as product specifications or warranty manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
• Demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to investigate issues and resolve conflicts
