About The Position
The Glass Guru of Indy North is seeking dedicated Full-Time Customer Installers to join our team in Fishers, IN. As the leading glass and window company in Indianapolis, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. Since our establishment in 2008, we have built a reputation based on friendship and trust, ensuring that local homeowners can rely on us for their glass replacement, window, and door needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where scheduling and coordination are handled for you, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for installing windows and glass products in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in window or glass installation, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance. We value flexibility in our work schedule, as our hours range from 7:45 am to 6:45 pm, Monday through Friday. This position does not involve sales; instead, you will be setting up appointments and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
