About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is seeking an experienced window and door installer to join our teams of elite craftsmen. This will be a full time, W2 position. We offer a base pay, plus bonuses and piece rate - you're in control of your own income! Must have at least three years of window installation experience and a valid driver's license to be considered for position. JOB DESCRIPTION: Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors Lead and train crew Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Requirements

  • MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clean driving record
  • At least THREE years experience installing windows and/or patio doors
  • Experience using a metal brake and wrapping windows
  • Experience installing inserts, full frames, and interior trim
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • General tool knowledge
  • General knowledge of safety practices

Nice To Haves

  • Previous foreman or lead experience a major plus
