Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen (preferably in a similar Window/Expo role).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a small team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Expedite food orders: Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders by communicating effectively with both kitchen and wait staff.
• Quality control: Inspect all dishes for completeness, presentation, and correct execution of custom modifiers.
• Prepare food: Work efficiently to assemble and plate dishes, ensuring all ingredients and modifications are correct.
• Fry Station (less busy days): Operate the fry station with precision and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area: Contribute to a positive and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
