About the Role You’ll be responsible for installing architectural window film on residential and commercial projects — from high-end homes to corporate buildings. We’re especially looking for someone with experience in safety and security film installations (or the desire to master it). This position isn’t just about film — it’s about ownership. You’ll work closely with our Field Operations Manager and Project Management team, helping ensure every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to AP standards. Requirements

• Experienced pro: You’ve installed architectural window film a minimum of 3 years — residential and/or commercial.
• Leadership potential: You’re a natural problem solver, calm under pressure, and know how to earn respect through your work ethic and consistency.
• Driven personality: You’re decisive, competitive, and hate leaving a job unfinished.
• Independent operator: You don’t need to be micromanaged — you run your projects with pride.
• Team-first attitude: You understand that leadership is about service and example, not ego.
• Must have a minimum 3 years of previous Window Film & Graphics Experience
• Self-motivated
• Mechanically inclined.
• Knowledge of power and hand tools
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
• Window Film Installation: +2 Years (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with safety and security film, attachment systems, or large-scale glazing.
