About The Position
Liteworks ASM specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Premium windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Metro Atlanta and the southeast. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our growing window and door distribution company. A confident and outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge is the perfect candidate. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with contractors, designers, architects and other professionals in the residential construction/remodeling industry and the light commercial industry. Requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, sales and Customer Service skills are necessary
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Superior time-management and organization skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous building material sales experience (not required)
- Knowledge of building materials products highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop new client accounts for company through cold calls, working potential customer lists that include architects, trade organizations, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
- Consultation with customers providing solutions for their projects.
- Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
- Continually strive for 100% satisfaction with clients
- Prepare estimates for specific projects, provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer.
- Responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area's market needs and business conditions in your territory.
- Manage customer account receivables
- Attend monthly sales meeting
