We are seeking a Window & Door Install Project Manager to join our passionate team and contribute to our continued success. Why work for us? We offer competitive pay, an annual tool allowance, benefits and year-round work A Window & Door Install Project Manager (IPM) ensures contract and installation accuracy through verbal and written communication with customers and employees. This includes site visits, measuring, recording, ordering, and confirmations on all aspects of the post-sale window department process.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license required and a clean driving record preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • At least1 year of construction and/or remodeling experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of RbA installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Host job site visits after sale to take technical measurements, photos and communicate the installation process and expectations to customers.
  • Identify situations that may impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and effectively communicate and document scope changes.
  • Efficient and accurate product order entry into multiple sites including Renewal by Andersen, Provia, Prairie Hardwoods, Sherman Williams, ABC Supply, internal CRM and more.
  • Create Job Packets for installation staff based on your completed orders entries.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of product, installation techniques, and common building codes.
  • Support Sales Consultants as needed, includes price quotes, accurate measurements, and assessments for labor/materials during sales process.
  • Attend job site installations as needed.
  • Provide our clients with the highest level of customer service.
  • Train and mentor new window/door installers – as needed.
