About The Position

The Window Coverings Design Consultant at 3 Day Blinds is responsible for enhancing the beauty and functionality of clients' homes and workspaces by providing expert design consultations and closing sales on custom window coverings. This role involves servicing qualified leads generated by the marketing team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and executing company policies and procedures effectively. The position offers a competitive compensation plan, extensive training, and the opportunity for career growth within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred
• 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services
• Proficiency with using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs
• Ability to quickly learn and follow new technology processes and systems
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
• Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Experience with POS Systems preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Education or experience in Design and Decor preferred
• Experience in a retail environment, ideally in Home Décor/Furnishings.
