About The Position

The Window Coverings Design Consultant at 3 Day Blinds is responsible for enhancing the beauty and functionality of clients' homes and workspaces by providing expert design consultations and closing sales on custom window coverings. This role involves servicing qualified leads generated by the marketing team, ensuring client satisfaction, and executing company policies and procedures effectively. The position offers a competitive compensation plan, extensive training, and a supportive team environment to help consultants achieve their sales objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Some college work preferred
• 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in-home or outside sales
• Proficiency with using a PC and Microsoft Windows based programs
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Education or experience in Design and Decor preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in specialty or custom product/services
• Retail environment experience in Home Décor/Furnishings
