About The Position

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be part of a team that provides window cleaning services to customers' homes and businesses. Each day, you will meet with your team to understand the day's game plan, drive to various locations in a Shine vehicle, and perform services tailored to each customer's needs. You will also have the opportunity to meet customers to ensure their expectations are met and recap the day's work back at the Shine office.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day's game plan.
• Drive to customers' homes or businesses in a Shine vehicle.
• Perform window cleaning services specific to customer needs.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Recap the day's work back at the Shine office.
