Window Cleaning Technician
About The Position
This is a hands-on, outdoor role for dependable people who take pride in showing up on time, working hard, and representing a professional brand in high-end neighborhoods. We’ll train you. You bring the work ethic. This role is a great fit for former athletes, tradespeople, military, or anyone who enjoys physical work, structure, and clear expectations. Start time: 7:00 AM sharp (reliability is essential) Schedule: Weekdays. Occasional Saturdays during busy season. Pay: $18–$23/hour + performance bonuses Location: Report to the Shine office daily If a consistent early start or physical work isn’t for you, this role will not be a fit.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor
- Comfortable working outside and at heights
- Able to lift and carry ladders (up to 30 lbs)
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must arrive to work fully alert and substance-free (No marijuana or other substances before or during work. You must not smell like marijuana.)
- Professional appearance required — clean, groomed, and customer-ready at all times
- Tattoos must be appropriate for a customer-facing role (some may need to be covered)
- Background check required — no violent criminal history
Responsibilities
- Meet your crew at 7:00 AM to prep for the day
- Ride in a company vehicle to homes and businesses
- Clean windows and perform exterior services
- Work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
- Interact professionally with customers
- Represent a clean, professional brand in high-end neighborhoods
- Return to the office each day with your team
