Window Cleaning Technician
About The Position
Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to clean residential and commercial windows to ensure a clear, professional finish while delivering outstanding customer service. We have an excellent work environment and great people. Typical Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, every other Friday Pay ($18-$23) per hour based on performance, plus tips, after training period Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment. Requirements
- No experience required — training provided
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools, techniques, and equipment
- Safely use ladders and safety equipment when needed
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, etc.
