About The Position
As a Window Cleaning Crew Leader, you will start your day by meeting with your team to discuss the day's objectives. You will drive a Shine vehicle to various customer locations, typically accompanied by another team member, to provide window cleaning services tailored to each customer's needs. Communication is key, as you will call customers en route to their location to inform them of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will meet with customers to ensure their expectations are met before starting the job. After completing the work, you will conduct a post-job inspection and review the results with the customer, processing their payment through mobile technology. At the end of the day, you will return to the Shine office to recap the day's activities and prepare your vehicle for the next day.
