About The Position

Shine is a growing national franchise company with more than 45 locations across 15 states, specializing in home services. The company was founded in 1998 with a desire to create opportunities for others and has grown from one individual to a nationwide family of businesses focused on spreading light, caring, excellence, and team success. They are looking for individuals with strong character, work ethic, and a drive to excel, whether they are experienced window cleaning experts or have no prior experience, as all necessary training, technology, and support are provided. The role involves leading a crew to perform window cleaning and other services at customer homes or businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the company's core values.

Requirements

Must like to work with people
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to work outside
Must want to work in a leadership capacity

Responsibilities

Meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan
Drive one of Shine's vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) throughout the day
Perform services specific to each customer’s needs
Call upcoming customers on the way to the job alerting them of arrival
Meet customers face to face (if they’re home) before work begins to ensure expectations are met
Suggest other appropriate services the customer may consider upon inspection
Complete a post-job inspection when work is complete
Meet again with the customer (if they’re home) to review the work to their satisfaction
Accept and process the customer’s payment through mobile payment technology
End the day back at the Shine office to recap, ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for the next day’s work
