Window Cleaning and Power washing Technician

About The Position

A window technician is our entry-level position. You'll be paired with a Crew leader and quickly get trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, power washing, and installing Christmas lights. As a Technician, you'll be responsible for performing these tasks at the guidance of your Crew leader, working as a team to get the job done in a professional and efficient manner, while holding yourself up to high quality standards. Consider these qualifications before applying, if you don't feel like you may meet some of these requirements, you won't be a good fit for this position.

Requirements

Physically capable and able to safely move a 70lb ladder repeatedly throughout the day for cleaning windows and gutters, and work from heights safely.
Initiative: we're looking for people that NEED to stay busy. If you don't mind standing around throughout the day or like to work at a slow casual pace, you won't be successful here.
You must be able to make the customer's satisfaction your top priority. If you take pride in doing things the "right way" even when that's the "hard way", that's what we're looking for.
Personable and presentable: Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor, both in-person face to face with the customer, and on the phone.
Eye for detail: The details matter! We take pride in being very thorough, ensuring every inch of every project is inspected and perfect before we finish.
Applicants must pass a comprehensive background screen, and drug test.
