Experienced Window Cleaner
About The Position
Fish Window Cleaning is searching for a Window Cleaner with at least 1-2 years of experience. This individual would be responsible for both commercial and residential work, and oversees routine cleaning of all areas of a job. This position is the prime contact at a job location and guides cleaning personnel in the proper cleaning procedures and standards for the customer as well as the company. An experienced cleaner accepts increased responsibility and can also assist with training as needed. Our team typically works Monday – Thursday, and every other Friday! We work no evenings, weekends or holidays! We manage accounts for both business and residential clients, providing our customers with a clean view. Working alone or with a partner or team, we spend more than 50% of our time outside in the fresh air. Our team provides an excellent work environment with a light atmosphere and great people. Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of window cleaning
- Ability to prioritize and organize the work of others
- Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to appropriate Supervisor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
- Ability to operate and use equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of restocking supplies
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Write legibly and communicate clearly
- Able to count money and make change
- Self motivated and able to work alone
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
- Able to work with arms above head
- Able to bend and squat to ground level
- Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
