Preference Employment Solutions is seeking hardworking and dedicated candidates for a rapidly growing local company in Fargo, ND. As a Window Assembler, you will have the opportunity to join a team of valued employees and contribute to the creation of quality products. The role involves assembling components using a variety of hand tools and automated equipment, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. You will be required to follow instructions via computer to retrieve parts and utilize them accordingly, which necessitates a general experience with computers. The position offers flexibility as you will have the ability to cross-train in multiple departments, allowing for variety in your workday. Successful candidates will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates should be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 4x10 hours, working Monday through Thursday, either from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm or from 3:30 pm to 1:30 am.
