We are actively installing projects between South North Port to Marco Island and surrounding areas, and are looking for crews who can consistently service that territory. Myers Warehouse Must own and operate your own LLC or registered business entity Must carry all required insurance before being scheduled for any jobs: Workers’ Compensation coverage (exemptions are NOT accepted) Auto Insurance General Liability Insurance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely outdoors and on ladders/scaffolding Responsibilities: Install impact-rated and energy-efficient windows and doors in accordance with manufacturer specs and local codes Review work orders, job scope, and schedules with project managers prior to starting each job Collaborate closely with project managers and operations to ensure accurate and timely project execution Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times Obtain signed addendums from homeowners when project changes occur Adhere to OSHA safety regulations, company procedures, and EPA lead-safe practices Complete projects to Sunbelt’s high-quality standards and ensure all work passes final inspections Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and internal teams Document work with photos and project notes as required ⚠️ Contractors must have their LLC and all required insurance policies in place before being scheduled for any projects. Requirements

English fluency is required, must be able to
Ability to travel regularly and complete jobs consistently in Sarasota to Pasco county
Willing to pick up Product in Ft. Myers Warehouse
