What You’ll Do Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes Deliver high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds homeowner expectations Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and pride Work efficiently with dedicated project support and scheduling teams
Requirements
- 2+ person installation crew
- 3+ years of residential window and door installation experience
- Enclosed truck or trailer equipped to transport windows
- Metal brake and full installation tool set
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA Lead Certification
- Proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical installation work
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
