What You’ll Do Install premium replacement windows and doors in residential homes Deliver high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds homeowner expectations Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and pride Work efficiently with dedicated project support and scheduling teams What You Need to Get Started 2+ person installation crew 3+ years of residential window and door installation experience Enclosed truck or trailer equipped to transport windows Metal brake and full installation tool set Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation EPA Lead Certification Proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical installation work Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset Compensation & Support $250,000 - $300,000 potential annual earnings Paid weekly Year-round work (even during winter months) Weekends available All job materials supplied - just bring your tools!
