Requirements

• Construction Experience (required)
• Glass/Window Knowledge (a plus, but not required)
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Clean DMV Record
• Ability to Climb Ladders & Lift 50 lb

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty & non-warranty service calls in customer homes
• Diagnose issues, adjust components, replace parts, and perform water tests
• Drive or fly to service locations across your territory
• Coordinate with internal suppliers to get the right tools for the job
• Keep accurate records and ensure top-notch service
• Follow all PPE and safety protocols to protect yourself and others
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships
