Requirements
- Packer experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Good communication skills
- Operator experience
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

- Start up.
- Chill Roll Cleaning
- Performed Thread Up
- Screen changes
- Adjust core alignment
- Blade adjustments
- Die cleaning
- Popping trim
- Housekeeping
- Wrap up removal pressure roll
- Pack finish goods to correct procedure
- Wrap up removal idle rollers
- Packing material over 5’
- Hand tools
- Machine knowledge
- Boxing, accounting and weighing of scrap
- Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
