The position requires a candidate with over 6 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry, specifically with expertise in Windchill Data Model, Windchill customization, Java development, and SQL. The candidate should also have knowledge in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, focusing on customer interaction, understanding business processes, requirements analysis, and the administration and verification/validation of proposed solution approaches. Familiarity with Business and System Administration, GUI, lifecycle, and Workflow customization is essential. Experience in the medical devices domain is preferred, along with knowledge of Release process, BOM management, Change Management, and CAD Integration. The role demands a good understanding of Windchill database and its table architecture, hands-on experience with ETL processes, and the ability to develop utilities to assist in migration activities. Strong problem-solving skills are also required.
