The WinField United SureTech Lab Intern position for Summer 2025 is an exciting opportunity for students pursuing a degree in agronomy, crop & soil science, horticulture, plant biology, plant pathology, agriculture, or related fields. This internship, lasting 11 weeks from May to August 2025, will take place in Indianapolis, IN, and will provide hands-on experience in a leading agribusiness and food production cooperative. Interns will participate in a comprehensive orientation session at Land O'Lakes headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, to kick off their summer experience. As a SureTech Lab Intern, you will be involved in executing laboratory experiments designed by the Technical Lead Chemist and Intern Manager. Your responsibilities will include organizing test samples, handling samples, operating laboratory instrumentation, and documenting and organizing experimental data. You will also have the opportunity to analyze experimental data under the guidance of the Technical Lead Chemist, drawing conclusions that can inform agronomic decisions. At the end of the internship, you will present your key deliverables to the WinField United leadership team, showcasing the skills and knowledge you have gained throughout the summer.
