It all begins with you About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Product Owner) to drive product change for its Trust Services Business. WIM’s Trust Services business is comprised of a full array of Trust Products, Estate and Planning and Philanthropic Trust products that are distributed in partnership with Financial Advisors. This Product Owner role will be responsible to develop and refine features for initiatives in the product’s backlog and work with business, risk, technology and partner product garages to ultimately deliver the solution. In this role, you will: Leverage your Product Owner experience to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of highly complex and unique challenges that require solid Product Owner analytical skills, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for product teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Product Owner expertise in agile processes to deliver technology change and related Product Owner tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Firm grasp of risk and control concepts in a bank environment
  • Ability to manage product discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities with strong process improvement mindset
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, including the ability to maintain top quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
