Responsibilities

• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
• Participate in store recovery throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback among peers and supervisors.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
