Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to design, build, and optimize configurations and workflows for successful product implementation.
  • Collaborate with end users to document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure quality through peer reviews, testing, and ongoing system support.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused services, maintain operational integrity through reporting and updates, and contribute to training, mentorship, and team representation.
  • Govern your work by the values of Mass General Brigham, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information technology required.
  • Experience with the development, support or operation of software applications in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of the workflows and operations within an inpatient pharmacy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Nice-to-haves

  • Epic Willow Inventory certification preferred.
  • Clinical experience in pharmacy is preferred.
