Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise to design, build, and optimize configurations and workflows for successful product implementation.
- Collaborate with end users to document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure quality through peer reviews, testing, and ongoing system support.
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused services, maintain operational integrity through reporting and updates, and contribute to training, mentorship, and team representation.
- Govern your work by the values of Mass General Brigham, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information technology required.
- Experience with the development, support or operation of software applications in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of the workflows and operations within an inpatient pharmacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
Nice-to-haves
- Epic Willow Inventory certification preferred.
- Clinical experience in pharmacy is preferred.
