Willie's Joynt Café, located in TXRH Support Center, is looking for our next dynamic team member! Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. Willie's serves breakfast and lunch to our Support Center employees as well as manage internal catering requests. If you are looking for exceptional hours, a fun environment, and a great location, we are the place for you!

  • Provide Legendary customer service
  • Receive and process payments using the POS system
  • Follow safety and sanitation practices
  • Assemble food and drink orders to completion
  • Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
  • Meeting established cook time standards
  • Understanding and following prep sheets
  • Using and following recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness in café FOH/BOH and walk-ins clean and organized
  • Keep café supplies stocked
  • Perform FOH and BOH side work
  • Properly using, cleaning, assembling, and disassembling appropriate equipment including Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, three compartment sinks, Ovens, and Stoves
  • Any other job duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
