About The Position
As a Licensed Esthetician at Spencer's, you will play a key role in delivering our signature and premium facial treatments menu, curated by renowned esthetician Gill Milberg. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performing Spencer’s facial treatment menu. Collaborating with guests to develop personalized skincare routines and recommendations. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during each spa experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms to create a comfortable and hygienic environment. Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver outstanding service and support a positive team culture. Eligibility for performance bonuses based on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Be able to speak to and embody Spencer's Core Values, which include: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service.
- A valid Esthetician license in the state of practice.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for skincare and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Buccal & lymphatic massage experience.

- Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
