SUMMARY: Ensure professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders. This role is customer-facing at the Will Call desk and handles the transactional side of the will call process. SCHEDULE: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times. This is an in-person position.
