Who This Job Is For This role is a great fit if you: Enjoy working with your hands and solving real problems Like seeing clear results from your work at the end of the day Take pride in doing difficult work the right way Want to build a career, not bounce between jobs Are dependable, coachable, and mentally tough Prefer working in the field rather than behind a desk You do not need prior wildlife experience.
