Responsibilities

• Support the University of Arizona's purpose, mission, and core values by maintaining a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
• Represent the Parking and Transportation Services by assisting customers with inquiries and parking issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on parking exit gates and pay station equipment.
• Disinfect gate and pay station equipment to mitigate disease transmission.
• Ensure the garage is clear of debris and unsightly elements.
• Analyze complex database occupancy reports to determine parking patterns and manage space allocation.
• Conduct tamper inspections and audit documentation for parking equipment following PCI standards.
• Assist with emergency situations requiring immediate parking resolutions.
• Support special event parking operations.
