As a Signals Engineer you will conduct active monitoring and response to wireless intrusion detection systems, in-place monitoring systems, and operating hand-held equipment. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with ICD 705, ICD 702, and other applicable regulations. Additionally, you will conduct ad hoc testing and prepare Testing Technical reports with photos and descriptions of any anomalies, concerns, or discoveries. The role requires managing multiple projects/tasks and large workloads, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You will create Site Survey Reports, messages for approval and release, and record task closure. Writing complicated reports detailing the findings of technical assessments is also a key responsibility. The position requires strong administrative and organization skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to carry and lift heavy pieces of equipment, up to 75 pounds, during travel and while evaluating SCIFs.
