Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience with wide format printing equipment and digital printing processes, preferably in signage and graphics.
Strong understanding of color management, file preparation, and print calibration.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of various printing substrates and inks is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Set up printing jobs according to specifications and ensure proper color matching.
Select appropriate materials based on project specifications and client requirements.
Monitor print jobs from start to finish, focus on quality and making adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate production of graphics while meeting project deadlines and specifications
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary corrections or reprints
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
