About The Position
Under limited supervision, supervises the daily activities of staff involved in the operations of the County's Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program clinic. The position involves upholding WIC State and Local Agency policy, providing outstanding customer service, certifying applicant eligibility, and providing nutrition education to participants. The role may also include facilitating group classes, preparing reports, and participating in clinic quality management activities. Additionally, the position may require promoting breastfeeding, issuing breast pumps, and attending meetings and conferences as required.
