About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Wi‑Fi Network Test & Automation Engineer to design, test, and optimize next‑generation wireless networking solutions. In this role, you will build Python‑based tools, analyze real‑time network traffic, and collaborate closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure high‑performance, secure, and reliable Wi‑Fi environments. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WI-FI infrastructure Testing or wireless networking.
  • Strong Python programming skills, including experience building network‑focused applications or automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of Wi‑Fi protocols, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, and core wireless networking principles.
  • Experience using network analysis tools such as Wireshark for packet capture and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of authentication and security protocols, including WPA2/WPA3, EAP, and related standards.
  • Experience with real‑time traffic analysis and wireless performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments for network tool deployment and scripting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Python applications that monitor, analyze, and manage Wi-Fi networks in real-time
  • Create and implement packet monitoring solutions to identify performance bottlenecks and security threats
  • Build data visualization tools to transform complex wireless performance metrics into actionable insights
  • Architect and deploy distributed packet capture systems across diverse network environments
  • Integrate wireless systems with broader network infrastructure and management platforms
  • Document wireless network architectures, solutions, and best practices
  • Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to optimize wireless performance
