The position involves managing and responding to daily incoming client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role requires performing necessary research and maintenance to provide or facilitate solutions, logging and resolving customer complaints in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. The individual will work proactively to identify potential problems and compliance concerns to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage relationship expansion. The position also entails executing and adhering to all federal and state regulations governing bank operations, including BSA/AML requirements, as well as the Bank's loan and deposit origination, documentation, and administration policies and procedures. Confidentiality of all customary and proprietary materials and data must be ensured. The role includes opening, servicing, and maintaining wholesale deposit accounts in adherence to regulations and Bank policies. A working knowledge of the Bank's Treasury Management products and services is necessary, particularly as they relate to receivables, payables, fraud prevention, and liquidity. Daily monitoring of non-sufficient funds and unposted transaction reports is required, along with processing payments and advances on loan accounts. The position also involves gathering, imaging, and filing financial statements and documents, ordering pre-closing due diligence items, and ensuring accurate completion of all required flood documentation. The individual will complete detailed due diligence in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policies to ensure quality account documentation and prevent exceptions. The role includes collecting information for BSA/AML compliance, working directly with Centralized Doc Prep for loan documents, handling internal and external loan closings, funding and boarding loans, and preparing tickets and wire transfers. Management of construction and development loans, as well as specialized loans, is also part of the responsibilities. The individual will assist with reporting exceptions, preparing loan account pay off quotes, and maintaining data integrity for the CRM and other critical bank systems. Mentoring and training junior Relationship Specialists is expected, along with completing assigned training and serving as a back-up for other specialists.
