About The Position

Greenway Ford Parts Department is a high-volume, fast-paced Wholesale/Retail Parts Center where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are essential to success. We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to be an integral part of our growing operation. What You’ll Do: Assist technicians and estimators with accurate and timely parts orders Receive, inspect, and distribute parts in a high-volume workflow Maintain an organized parts inventory and perform regular cycle counts Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Process returns and handle warranty parts according to company and manufacturer guidelines Support internal departments and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a wholesale/retail center or automotive parts department required Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Team-first attitude and a commitment to customer service Familiarity with CCC One and/or dealership DMS systems is a plus Why Greenway Ford?
