About The Position
The Manager of Operations, Wholesale at AllSaints is a pivotal role that oversees all aspects of the pre and post-sales wholesale process. This position acts as a liaison between various departments including sales, planning, production logistics, and technology to ensure that the sales teams can effectively grow the business. The primary goal is to ensure seamless service delivery to wholesale partners, converting order books into shipments and invoicing with maximum efficiency, aiming for an 'on time, in full' delivery standard. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business results by supporting sales teams to fulfill wholesale orders promptly and effectively. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the wholesale team, particularly in logistics and technology, representing the team in key projects and initiatives such as the implementation of Netsuite and Product Inventory Management systems. Your partnership with technology and logistics teams will be crucial in managing changes and advocating for improvements that benefit the wholesale team. Additionally, you will analyze chargeback reason codes to reduce and challenge wholesale chargebacks and returns, providing feedback to product teams and working with distribution teams to overcome compliance challenges. You will also lead the implementation of the Netsuite system, ensuring it meets the operational needs of the business. Effective communication will be key in providing consistent feedback that motivates the team and fosters a collaborative environment. You will ensure that the order book is converted accurately, set customer service priorities, and create a proactive customer-centric environment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including travel to the LA Studios in West Hollywood, CA, and occasional travel to the UK. You will manage drop-shipping SLAs, ensure adherence to partner Supplier Manuals, and utilize EDI to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy. Overall, this position is integral to maintaining high-quality customer outcomes and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
