About The Position
The Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager at Cake Mortgage is responsible for managing the loan process from pre-approval to closing, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication with brokers and third-party vendors. This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage terminology, rules, and regulations, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The Account Manager will work closely with the internal underwriting team to fulfill all loan conditions and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in the loan transaction.
