Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Account Executives in identifying and onboarding new broker relationships. Support the preparation and delivery of training presentations and marketing materials. Help facilitate broker access to systems and tools, including password setup and application guidance. Provide basic instruction on company procedures, forms, and fee structures. Maintain and update sales contact databases under supervision. Monitor broker communications and assist in distributing updates on programs and procedures. Track pipeline activity and report findings to senior team members. Shadow senior Account Executives during broker visits and virtual meetings. Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.
