Job Description We are currently seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Senior Sales Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York. Role Mission This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career. How you will contribute: Reporting & Analysis - Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly Quarterly Selling Campaigns - Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support Market Expertise & Ownership - Protect & enhance Bottega's presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities. Who you are: Analytics: Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) Strategic Communication, strong writing skills & PowerPoint skills Positive and proactive attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work in our NYC corporate office Able to receive academic credit Available 24 hours a week Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
