About The Position

As a Wholesale Events Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of wholesale events, activations, and trade shows. Reporting to the Wholesale Event Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Executives, and Wholesale Support Specialists, to ensure smooth event operations and a memorable experience for our wholesale partners.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and retail operations, with basic computer skills.
  • Passion for the Greyson brand and its commitment to quality and community engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Requires a high degree of flexibility, as this role involves significant travel with schedules that may shift and require short-notice availability.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of wholesale events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activations. Collaborate with Sales Executives to understand event objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with Allocations and other internal teams to ensure that sufficient product inventory is available for events. Assist with managing product allocations and preparing merchandise for on-site display.
  • On-Site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for wholesale partners. This includes overseeing event setup and breakdown, liaising with staff and vendors, and supporting sales and brand initiatives during the event.
  • Staffing & Vendor Coordination: Plan and coordinate staffing needs for events. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the right personnel and resources are available for each activation.
  • Event Logistics: While not responsible for transportation, assist in coordinating all other logistical aspects of the event, such as booth setup, product display, and on-site execution. Ensure that the event flows smoothly and meets the set objectives.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in gathering feedback post-event to evaluate its success, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to enhancing future event planning and execution.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to align event activities with ongoing customer support efforts, ensuring that wholesale partners have a seamless and positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.
