Wholesale Coordinator Hunkemöller collaborates with various wholesale partners such as Zalando, About You, Boozt and Nordstrom, just to name a few. The core task is to support the team across the entire fashion season: from the start when we present the new collection and collect the orders to the delivery of the orders and the in-season management of stock. Develop an effective relationship with partners as well as internally with various stakeholders such as marketing, buying and logistics and finance Implement, monitor and report on sales, marketing and promotions performance incl. exclusive collaborations Product allocation in SAP4Hana, process preorder and reorders in SAP4Hana and Fiori, stock/orders management, master data enrichment, pricing and sales administration Working closely with logistics to arrange shipments of ordered goods and purchase order details needed Ensure quarterly orderbook is complete and processed in the ERP system, confirmed to the wholesale partners and purchase orders are processed internally Manage in-season sell-through strategy as well as identifying sales opportunities Our perfect candidate has the following: You’re passionate about E-Commerce &/or wholesale and gained in a sales support (B2B) function You have a Bachelors’ degree (minimum requirement) with a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience You are results-driven and will need English language skills (written and verbal); as well as the ability to build relationships and to optimise your commercial insights and critical You’re an analytical thinker and highly numerate.
