As Wholesale Coordinator, you support the growth, stability, and profitability of L’Occitane’s North American wholesale business. You play a critical role in enabling operational excellence and commercial success across key accounts including Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, Anthropologie, Military, and Independent partners. You will partner closely with the Wholesale Manager and internal cross ‑ functional teams — including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Regulatory, and Finance — to ensure seamless execution across sell ‑ in, sell ‑ out, inventory management, and digital content optimization. This role requires a detail ‑ oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset, with a strong interest in sales performance and wholesale operations within the prestige beauty space. PROFILE Commercially curious and highly detail ‑ oriented, with strong ownership mindset 1–3 years of wholesale or retail account support experience within consumer goods; beauty or luxury strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and performance data Highly organized with excellent time ‑ management and follow ‑ through Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Comfortable working cross ‑ functionally with internal teams and external partners Computer ‑ savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with e ‑ commerce catalogs, digital assets, and PDP quality standards preferred Proactive, self ‑ motivated, and energized by fast ‑ paced, growth ‑ oriented environments Passion for the beauty industry and strong alignment with the L’Occitane brand values
