About The Position

The Wholesale Contracts Specialist (WCS) manages contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and legal standards across ~2,000 wholesale customer accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between departments, this role supports business operations, contract security, financial incentives, and branded programs.

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in CRM/contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in fuel industry and accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy in drafting, review, and compliance
  • Lead and support ~2,000 Wholesale Customer Accounts
  • Liaison w/ accounting, legal, and real estate departments
  • Validate contract requests and Salesforce entries against approved deals
  • Coordinate with accounting, legal, and real estate teams on contracts, rent payments, and security filings
  • Prepare and oversee monthly commission rents (~300 accounts @ ~$2M)
  • Manage acquisition fuel contracts and incentive agreements
  • Act as Salesforce subject matter expert (SME), ensuring system integrity and conducting testing
  • Monitor Major Oil Company brand offers and acceptance dates
  • Secure and organize all legal documentation
