About The Position
Formisano Bakery, located in Saugerties, NY, is seeking an Outside Salesperson to join our team. As a wholesale bakery, we deliver our products throughout the Hudson Valley, Albany, Lake George, Hartford CT, and Springfield MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential new customers, showcasing our delicious bakery samples, and successfully opening new accounts. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and increasing our market presence in the region. The Outside Salesperson will work independently, utilizing a company vehicle to travel to various locations. This position offers high commission potential, rewarding those who excel in building relationships and closing sales. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Business-to-Business sales, as retail sales experience does not align with our needs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for our products.
