Wholesale Associate

About The Position

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. We’re looking for an ITAD Wholesale Associate who will be responsible for driving wholesale revenue by sourcing buyers, pricing equipment, and supporting go-to-market teams with competitive inbound valuations. Based out of our Brooklyn, NY office, this role works closely with facility operations to move a diverse mix of IT assets — with a focus on higher-end laptops and related equipment — through the appropriate wholesale channels. The position requires a strong understanding of secondary market pricing, active buyer relationship management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment. Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in ITAD, wholesale sales, or secondary market/re-commerce operations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop buyer relationships and close wholesale deals
  • Working knowledge of IT asset types, specifications, and grading — particularly laptops and mobile devices
  • Strong understanding of secondary market pricing dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing inbound pricing or valuations in an ITAD or re-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or wholesale trading platforms
  • Existing network of wholesale buyers in the IT asset space

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale buyers across relevant secondary market channels
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing buyers to drive repeat business and volume
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize recovery value on outbound wholesale lots
  • Price outgoing wholesale inventory based on market conditions, equipment grade, and channel demand
  • Provide timely and competitive pricing to go-to-market and inbound valuation teams to support client acquisition and quoting
  • Monitor secondary market trends to ensure pricing remains aligned with current demand
  • Coordinate with facility operations to maintain visibility into available inventory and upcoming material flow
  • Support proper segmentation and allocation of assets to the appropriate wholesale channels
  • Ensure accurate representation of inventory condition, spec, and quantity in all buyer-facing communications
  • Manage wholesale orders from commitment through shipment, coordinating with internal teams as needed
  • Resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and buyer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, buyer accounts, and transaction history
  • Support documentation and standardization of wholesale sales processes and pricing frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, recovery rates, and buyer experience
  • Escalate recurring inventory, pricing, or fulfillment issues to leadership as needed
