About The Position
The Whole Life Engineering (WLE) Section Manager at Collins Aerospace is responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team of WLE engineers within the Protected Communications Systems (PCS) team. This role involves overseeing the reliability, maintainability, testability, and safety of engineering products, while also managing day-to-day operations and supporting program development. The manager will mentor team members, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and participate in program reviews, all while fostering an inclusive environment that empowers engineers to excel.
